Every time I watch that footage I’m reminded of the interview where Ed talked about fans trying to rip out his hair, scratching him until he bled. Looks so brutal.

This is a fairly bland Even Flow. I shouldn't have listened to a 2006 show recently. They made even songs I don't like sound awesome (for the record I do love Even Flow, it just rarely sounds great live.) Ed sounds a bit rough and the band a bit tepid.
Oh god, he is spending like five minutes trying to speak dutch after the FIRST SONG lol
I love Why Go but I don't know what it is. Everything sounds competent and fine, but when I listened to the 2006 show I wasn't just like "This is fine". I was like "Omg this is so good" and I dunno that they're capable of that anymore. Though I guess they haven't been for a while. It's still amazing to go to their shows live at least. I dunno if boots are so great from the 2010s on (though I did enjoy 2013-2014 and their pendulum openers and stuff like the moline No Code show) . I dunno why I feel disappointed. Probably because gigaton was so good.
HOW DOES STONE STILL ALWAYS GO OUT OF TIME WHEN THEY STRIP DOWN LOW LIGHT BEFORE THE END? Or maybe that's Ed playing that? I forget who plays on Low Light. Why is this band so sloppy T_T. End of Low Light still sounds great though.
Elderly Woman sounded really good though, if a bit plodding. I feel like when this one is played later in the set it always moves a bit more.

This band has some of the worst live backup vocals ever but I still love Dance of the Clairvoyants and it sounds pretty good live. DOTC -> SBWM was fun

Wishlist is so cheesy but I can't help but love it, especially the instrumental sections. Ed sounds very winded. I do miss the dreamy quality it used to have. I like the stream of consciousness tags even though those are also pretty cheesy. Today its all about wanting to live in Amsterdam, feel safe walking the streets at night, and live in a country without any guuuuuuuns. But you gotta love eddie for putting himself out there always. The wishlist tags are very brave lol
I agree Throw Your Hatred Down sounds really good.
