I was at The Rhino from about 6-6:30. The show was fine. Got my first Pilate and second Fatal. Can’t Deny Me was pretty good in person. The setlist was definitely scattered with a couple cover choices definitely losing the casual fan (Arms Aloft, Know Your Rights). I expected lots of Jeff and local talk, which I got. I left during Free World, fully expecting it to be the closer so hearing Indifference as I got to my car was a surprise. Not a bad show by any means but nothing particularly special either. There was a group of young teenagers, about 14 years old, a couple rows down from me. It was nice to see them enjoying themselves.
Im sure it was a pretty amazing night. Some cool songs like Pilate, Down, In My Tree and yes..Fatal! I agree that Imagine fucking sucks. Its just the worst...But hey Arms Aloft is kinda cool.

The very first PJ show I ever went to was in KC. I had lawn seats at this amphitheater. Me and my two friends were right up on the fence that divides the lawn from the assigned seating. Anyway, as the show started, I realized there were these two younger kids behind us that couldn't see very well. One older of the two was maybe 13 and the younger was around 10. It was their first show too and the younger one had just gotten into the band. This was the Yield tour. He knew all the stuff from that record but not a lot of the stuff from Ten, Vs or Vitalogy. Some, but not a lot. Or he knew the songs but not which album they were on. Point is, I let them stand in front of us so they could see. And watching them have a blast and experience the show was just as rewarding as my own experience seeing my favorite band live for the first time. That's so awesome.
yes and i'm turning them all into ice cream flavors
Are the names of the flavors going to be RM user/PJ song puns? Like Strat of Love and Truffle.

I like the song quite a bit but it never works in the set with pj. Seen it twice and it sucks the life out of everything.
This show was so fantastic. I’ve never seen the entire band as happy as one as I did last night. They love playing together and they love what they do. No argument there anymore.
I’m on my phone so I don’t care to type too much. I know we like to pick apart a set list From afar but this actually worked quite well. It flowed. The stories in between help tie it together. The vibe was great. The RmErs were brilliant and so fun to meet and hang out.
Can’t deny me life is great. Loved it. Throw your hatred down was tight and super intense. Stone slayed on it. One of the best porches I’ve seen.
Not really a second encore and it seems they just blended it together with the first.
A great show. Really a beautiful gathering with the band playing their hearts out.
