Jeremy Why Go Porch Black Alive
i get that there's going to be 5-6 ten songs a night, but unless this is an album show playing them all in a row is a bit much. throw in footsteps and it's six in a row from the era.
what's x'd out before porch? won't back down?
I'm fairly certain Ed puts songs on a setlist just to scratch them out on purpose, so people can see them online and be like, "OHHH MAN WHAT IF"

This was my 25th and a great one.
4 Yield songs in the first 9 songs was awesome. And after I missed Yellow Moon on the last tour, I thought I'd never get a chance to see it again until it becomes a rarity on some guy's fan written setlist in Amsterdam in about 15 years, but well, here we go. Couldn't be happier.
The Corduroy thing was a major downer though: what the hell have they done to that song?

Unfortunately, in 2018 and 5 albums later, playing only 4 songs post-1998 isn't a good thing.
If we have to sacrifice binaural and riot act to not hear songs from the last 3 albums that's probably just about worth it.
Bad take.
Face it, even the band realizes no one likes Riot Act.

I mean, I don't know if I can blame them...in some ways they're victims of themselves at this point...they've kind of set these huge expectations on themselves as a live act the last 25+ years...at some point, age etc will catch up to them...maybe Ed will want to be Springsteen and want to do 4 hour shows at age 70, but I don't know if the rest of the guys have that in them
Expecting at least 1 song to be played from each album is a reasonable expection. Each album is someone's favorite. I always appreciate Riot Act and Binaural representation.
