Post subject:  What have I missed?

After taking several years off, I'm starting to ramp my Pearl Jam audio/video collecting back up. As a heavy frequenter of the Trade forum on the old board, I stayed on top of things up until about 2004 and the release of the 50 disc Pearl Jam archive. Since then, I've been keeping my head above water with the official bootlegs, but I'm guessing I've probably missed out on a lot of newly discovered or sourced audio/video recordings.

Aside from the official boots, what are the "must have" audio/video recordings that have surfaced in the last ten years that I should try and get my hands on?

And follow up question: How is everyone trading these days? It looks like everything's done almost exclusively via torrent. While I appreciate the convenience, there was always something rewarding in participating in big B&Ps with fellow RMers. Maybe HD&Ps are a good compromise.

Cheers

Here's what I have as the non included Audio Archive shows pre 2000. I know some were newly discovered, but I don't think all were.

11-27-91
2-15-92
2-26-92
4-8-92
4-13-92
4-23-92
4-30-92
5-2-92
8-2-92
8-9-92
8-16-92
8-23-92
7-6-93
7-7-93
7-13-93
3-19-94
3-25-94
2-28-98

There's also been some cleaner transfers and arguable remasters, but there have been two upgrades worth noting: 11-15-96 and 11-17-96. The existing versions that circulated were very poor if I remember correctly. These were significant upgrades and worth grabbing.

It's worth noting, I miss going to the post office too. :) It was usually $0.60 well spent.

Thanks CopperTom. That's exactly what I was looking for.

If anyone is willing, I'd love to do an old school B&P for any of these shows you'd be happy to share. I could send a HD too if that's easier.

Didn't a better 3-5-98 source a couple of years ago?

Also, I'm pretty sure one of the other Jack 98 shows surfaced that hadn't been out in any form too.

That was part of the Soundboard Remaster Series. Yes, this is an upgrade.

Yeah, but the version he used in the remaster was a source that had just come to light.

2-28-98 was new. I'm not aware of another. If there is, let me know.

Dropbox would be easiest. If you don't have an account, let me know. We'll both benefit if you wait for me to invite you.

I don't have a Dropbox account, so I'll take your offer for an invite.

And thanks for the link too

Umm... Buck - love the picture of George - very awesome indeed. I have been able to squeeze audio and video onto a 3 TB HD. I would be happy to hook you up. However, I need to do it quick as I am traveling off and on this summer. Feel free to PM me.

So, is there a soundboard to this 2-28-98 show out there somewhere? Thanks

I received a drive several years ago with what was purported to be the complete Pearl Jam audio archives, at least through 2011. I made a list of what was missing, adding in other things that surfaced in the couple of years after I received the drive:

1996/09/20 - The Late Show With David Letterman
1996/09/29 - Randalls Island (new source, superior to the old source)

1998/02/26 - Wellington, NZ (encore only, but better than nothing).
1998/02/28 - Auckland, NZ
1998/03/15 - Brisbane, OZ (DAT upgrade)
1998/03/20 - Perth, OZ (lossy video source)

2006/02/27 - Sessions @ AOL
2006/04/15 - Saturday Night Live
2006/04/XX - BBC (Zane Lowe show)
2006/04/XX - Late Night with Jools Holland

2009/10/03 - Austin City Limits
2011/11/24 - Mexico City, MX (audience recording)

That's not a definitive list but should cover a lot of the new / more difficult to find recordings.

On that line of thought, I have a separate post for this forum about alternate sources.
