I always thought it was "blanks and postage" (as in blank CDs, DVDs, etc...). Could be wrong, though.

It is indeed blanks and postage. Guess this sticky didn't make it over in 2013.

I was just checking to see if this was even still a thing since technology has advanced much since I last tried collecting 10 years ago. And lo and behold, here's this post.
