They'll probably play like three shows in Philly, two in NYC, and two in Boston and call it a tour.

Maybe they'll bring back the Backspacer setup.

Hats off to whoever predicted all this and was right.
Can't say the same to the band though. Record something.
Oh who am I kidding there are PJ dates on the calendar. That's a good thing.

So Europe June/July, US Oct/Nov and then he alluded to Australia early 2019. There were also rumors of Fenway in August so maybe a handful of big shows that month (Lolla or Wrigley, Fenway, Osheaga, Outside Lands?).
I'm guess their plan is to have a record out by the time they hit Europe.

Geez, that'll be five years since the last Australian shows and a whopping ten years since the last non-festival shows over here.

Yeah, I was just looking at that the other day. I didn't go to the BDO shows in 2014 so the last time I saw these gents was 2009. Fark.

I'd say we're due a show. They haven't been here since 2009. And next year would be the 25th anniversary since the first time the player here at slane so lots of people thinking it'll be there. God I hope not.

Anyone here know what’s going on? The Greek Superfan on the official forum keeps dropping hints and seems to have the exact dates at least for Europe (Europe June/July, North America October/November). He also alluded to shows in April and some other people there say there are holds on US west coast arenas for May.

That's accurate. Amsterdam and Berlin seem "confirmed." Mad Cool Festival maybe. There's also a city they've never played that will be the "Moline of Europe". There was a post (not by Dimi) about Hawaii in April that was quickly deleted.

Dublin in June is looking likely. In a rugby stadium.

Aviva holds 50,000. Is it any good for concerts?
Supposedly, more stadiums than arenas this time through Europe.

Don’t think it’s the aviva. It’s another much smaller one nearby. Can’t see them booking / filling the aviva. Only saw Michael Jackson & U2 there. A stadium is a stadium. It’s an interesting shape though.

Funny you say that it hasn’t. And Dubliners put funny names on EVERTRHING

"The Shitter" would be a much more concise nickname.
I hope Pearl Jam never switches to being a stadium-centric band in the US. One run of baseball stadium shows was enough for me.
