yeah they do that here with Stubhub too.
pretty much one of the main reasons i've stopped going to big Ticketmaster shows.

Eddie Vedder Returns to Brasil in 2018

We’re happy to announce that Eddie Vedder is returning to Brasil in 2018! Joined by special guest Glen Hansard, Eddie Vedder will play two headlining performances on March 28th and 29th at Citibank Hall in São Paulo.

This was the "April" rumor.

Good news... supposedly Pearl Jam will be playing in all summer months.

Im guessing he will play in Argentina in April. There were strong rumors about it.

they prob just want to take vacations there and make money and avoid the US where trump is and show up to venues where they are revered (foreign nations) rather than where fans are bored (the US)
