Something I would absolutely love to see is during a back-to-back set in the same city, the band goes out of its way to get weird on one of the setlists. Deep cuts only, no hits like Alive or Betterman. If I could only pick one to attend I'd take the weird setlist for sure. Let the n00bs attend the classic show.

they'll never do that at a stadium show. they'll feel like they're disappointing too many casual fans.

They wouldn’t be wrong. As much as we all want to hear deep cuts, I notice at shows that most of the crowd outside of the pit is dead until they play the hits.

They wouldn’t be wrong. As much as we all want to hear deep cuts, I notice at shows that most of the crowd outside of the pit is dead until they play the hits.
