Yeah you'll be able to find a spot somewhere in the kenmore/back bay area. Either along Comm Ave somewhere between Kenmore and BU East, or on Beacon or Comm or Newbury (or any of the side streets connecting them) anywhere within a block or two of Mass Ave in either direction.

When I picked up my tickets on Thursday I parked right in Kenmore in front of the McDonalds.

Chud's method of driving around Newbury St neighborhood is tried and true. You should find a spot within 10 mins of circling.

I don't understand why anyway pays to park in a lot for Red Sox games.

will there be another double entendre cover of "I am a Patriot" ?? perhaps this one sung by special guest Jonathan Kraft?

Thought about getting last minute tix for tonight, but I am still sore from Friday :)

For those going tonight, I'd still recommend getting in there before 6:30 only because the security lines got long outside (I was in the grandstand and could see the line from inside) and it's going to be hot so you probably want to get inside for shade, drink a lot of water, too.

We parked at the Pru, walked over, stopped for pizza and then went to Jillian's a lame (but not crowded) bowling bar across from Fenway. Honestly, it wasn't a bad spot to chill and hydrate up. Good luck and have fun!

FYI for those wanting to try this method today, Newbury St is apparently closed to vehicles today until 6PM

did Ed reference Trump early in Friday's show and then later on "apologize" for it? i tuned in like 7 songs in and he was saying something like "sorry I should not have mentioned that guy before, I don't want to be a Divider"

The guy next to me was not happy with the Trump joke. He also stood still with his arms crossed for Patriot and Masters of War.

Yeah.. Every time I hear that "is your money that good?" I always think "yes, yes it is"

Being upset about I Am A Patriot is basically saying "I hate America."

Yeah it's really the most politically inclusive "protest song" there is.

Unless you really do hate the things it talks about, you know, about 38% of the country last time I checked the news.

I'm going to predict Hard To Imagine as the opener.

I'm betting fast opener... Last Exit? Go? And we are getting Sirens and LB for sure tonight.

Man, whoever recommended Bukowski's near Fenway was spot on. Even half empty I dig the vibe here.

That place is so awesome, one of the few Boston bars I really miss. Used to go there regularly after my restaurant shift.
