Probably doable, depending on how much you're willing to spend. Every major event I've ever seen in Boston had many scalpers hanging out front of the venue.

Tickets were plentiful around the venue tonight, even 10c spares. It would not be an issue

Yeah, I think people felt like this show was a lot more "exclusive" than it was. I had a buddy who was trying to unload a ticket and he ended up selling it for $40.
