Setting Forth was for Jack K. who was present. I liked the set. Plenty of CT favs. Crowd started well, fell into a lull and then really picked it up. Big time. The best Ottawa crowd of the 3. MJD would have left ears bleeding - Save You, Jeremy and Fuckin' Up. Save You should be played more. Immortality should be played a lot more. A lot. It kicked ass. I heard SoS again. I heard it 5 times.
I think I would've been pretty disappointed had I been there.
A few songs I would've liked have to seen sprinkled throughout but I don't care for the pacing or setlist order at all.
Not my taste either. I love faithfull and immortality, but the rest would be painful.

Was there. On paper this setlist isn't one that would get any attention here but it was an excellent show. Crowd was great for an Ottawa show. I thought Ed sounded amazing on those slow encore songs.
I am hesitant to look over at the pit for this one. I bet a lot of 10cers got tickets to this one believing this was the mythical "2nd to last show" (since Toronto 2 wasn't on the lottery list), so they were assuming something along the lines of what QC got the night before.

I'm one of the few who likes Speed of Sound and wouldn't necessarily mind hearing it, but outside of that, Setting Forth and Immortality, there's very little I'd have liked about that setlist

Faithful, Immortality, Speed of Sound and Parachutes would make any show good for me as long as they are played pretty well.
I was at the Lexington show with LB as the opener. I liked it. It worked.
Save You, Faithfull, Immortality->GTF, Parachutes, Blood as a set closer, all seem pretty nice to me.
2nd encore was weak I guess, but Fuckin' Up is much better than RITFW or Baba, which is getting almost as played out anymore.
Quite honestly I cannot wait to have a show WITHOUT Save You...I seem to get it every show...Faithfull doesn't bother me but I'd much prefer In Hiding, Parachutes I've had once (and don't really need it again), and as good as Ed has sounded this tour, the idea of him doing Blood is kinda cringe worthy to met at this point
I'll take anything over RITFW, that's another song where as soon as it's determined I'm in the building, the band decides it must be played...I've only had Baba twice so I'd honestly take that in a heartbeat

Kevorkian or Kerouac? Oh wait, they're both dead!
