This show is the tits. My favorite from Europe, and that's saying something.
i saw 13 shows in 2000, 8 of them in europe. of the europe shows i saw, this one continues to stand out all those years later:
06/04/00 – Manchester Evening News Arena: Manchester, England [132m] set: Of The Girl, Breakerfall, Grievance, Corduroy, Light Years, Go, Given To Fly, Evacuation, Even Flow, Daughter, Animal, Wishlist, Nothingman, Better Man, Insignificance, Rearviewmirror enc 1: Last Exit, Once, Black, Timeless Melody, State of Love And Trust, Fuckin’ Up enc 2: Leatherman, Footsteps, Do The Evolution, Garden, Yellow Ledbetter
but fuck man, this whole tour - really - was so good. they ended a lot of main sets with insignificance=>rvm, and it was blistering every time.

If I could follow the band for one tour: Europe 2000
Allow me to wax nostalgic, then, for a moment.
That tour I saw Wembley 1 and 2, Glasgow, Manchester, Cardiff, Paris, Pinkpop, and Verona. I was very young, or at least it feels that way now. No, I really was just a kid.
The shows were awesome. I remember hearing stuff like Small Town and Off He Goes for the first time live at Wembley 2 and being blown away. Wembley 2 was my 3rd show ever (first was Toronto '98), and I remember the boom-boom main set ending of SOLAT =>Immortality => RVM very clearly. I was near the front of the pit and got into the kind of zone during those songs that it's just hard to reach once you pass your mid-twenties.
I remember Wembley 2 closed with Alive and I thought it was the tits. There was something special about a show closing with Alive for me at that point. I remember hearing Present Tense and Once in Glasgow for the first time live and loving it. I passed Eddie a sign requesting Homeless by Bad Radio at that show and he took it, grinned and laughed. That show a crowdsurfer's foot bashed into my chest and the footprint stayed on that t-shirt, even after countless washings, for years afterwards.
I remember Nothingman, Garden and Footsteps in Manchester. Garden in particular had just come back 2 shows prior in Dublin after being dropped since 95, so I couldn't believe how lucky I was to hear it.
I could keep going, but you guys get the idea. What a trip.
Binaural songs were played at their best. It seems like an obvious statement, but post-2000, most of the Binaural performances never match that tour.
other tour highlights: Corduroy Not For You Immortality (despite some of Ed's early flubs) Better Man (with real SIFL tags) Hail, Hail Habit Smile Present Tense In My Tree Daughter (Wrong Child tag. Love it) RVM In Hiding
Toronto ended up having the most number of tracks on my 'Live On 3 Legs 2000' compilation (Dissident, Sleight Of Hand, Immortality, Mankind, Baba O'Riley, Indifference) but the whole show is stellar from start to finish (great setlist too).
The mediafire links for the comp at the above link still seem to be active for anyone interested who didn't get it first time around

the shows were definitely darker in tone than the 98 shows were. Binaural is such a darker album than Yield.
i dunno man, I saw pilate on that tour and was embarassed to be in the arena. my friend turned to me and was like "what was that" - as in "you're gay"
and then we kissed
which was pretty excellent
BUT, at the same time, they were periodically doing the pre-habit improv in 2000, which is the awesomest. becuase it it awesome, and then habit is played, which is awesome.
and then they stopped doing that now because they are stupid

but yes pilate aside, it was dark. at least the shows i went to
and when ed came out with the beard at Virgnia Beach I was like "whoa"
now he's always Mr Beard
And I remember some cute chick that was like with the band's crew with this camo/biker belt filming and taking pictures.
they ended up using some of that film in the PJ20 bonus DVD when they showed 'it's ok'
i remember they were pretty guarded that show it seemed until rearviewmirror when it was time to dump some baggage...
