Is it Eddie or Stone playing the steady two guitar chords on Wishlist? Whoever it is I love them so its probably Eddie but props if its Stone
You mean the constant motif that begins the song and pretty much carries through the whole thing?
That's Ed.
Honestly, if that's what tickles your ear but Stone's playing always sounds terrible to you, I throw my hands up in despair.
Yes that. And yes that is right. When that part goes away for a while, and then it comes back with mike having a little guitar line over it right before the second verse Im like _

Stop being fucktarded.
Im literally listening to Chicago as we speak. You would know if I had my old topics but whatever
Seriously dude. If you don't like the Chicago 2000 show, I don't know what to tell you. It's one of the very best shows of that tour, and among the best I've heard from the band, period. Plus, you don't like Stone's guitar work? Are you sure you even like Pearl Jam?

The show started out just ok to me but its gotten good since.
But no I think Stone is a bad guitar player. Great songwriter, just not a good player. He doesn't have rhythm. Yes the wishlist chords are simple but Eddie puts a nice bounce in them that Stone often fails to do whenever he has to carry a song based on rhythm

Release Corduroy Grievance God's Dice Animal Red Mosquito Nothing as it Seems Given to Fly Wishlist Elderly Woman In Hiding Even Flow Light Years MFC Lukin Not For You Better Man Leatherman Nothingman Do the Evolution Insignificance Black
And maybe still going?? who knows. Was gonna rant about how I hate Do the Evolution as a set closer but there was more

I can't remember ever hearing Parting Ways live, though I probably must have if Ive heard other 2000 tour shows? I can't remember ever hearing it at least. This might be the longest main set Ive ever heard too. I hope they don't just cut encores. I hope its just an epic show

Eddie's "bounce" makes some stuff sound too fuckin' poppy.
