I think Sirens and Lightning Bolt pretty regularly, and MYM has a chance to be pretty regular too. If they keep doing the acoustic set then Yellow Moon or Future Days could get regular plays.
Best thing about moving to a longer set is they'll cover their albums more evenly once the new album cycle is done.

Swallowed Whole (they know when a songs sounds great live)
I haven't seen or heard a decent quality version of this live yet, but it makes me happy that the consensus seems to be that it's great live. This is the first Pearl Jam song I've been excited about in ten years.

MYM, LB, Sirens and maybe Pendulum. The rest will get random love. It's a shame as Infallible, YMand SW are good tracks. Getaway and MFS needed more rehearsal time.

I honestly don't expect Sirens will be played much beyond this tour, Mike and Ed's mid-song guitar changes seem like a huge pain in the arse (just ask Ricky Ramone).
Lightning Bolt is the only song I feel fairly sure will be an every-night regular going forwards.
I can imagine Swallowed Whole, Let the Records Play, Yellow Moon, Sleeping by Myself and Future Days will appear a few times each on future tours. They're all in standard tuning, so they can be slotted in virtually anywhere, and they're all fairly straight-forward for the band and not too demanding on Ed vocally. Pendulum has only been played as an opener so I wouldn't be surprised to see that one fall away significantly after this run of shows is done; it'll probably be wheeled out on a similar frequency to something like Of the Girl.
Mind Your Manners will largely disappear, it's too hard for Ed to sing. The already-detuned songs such as Getaway, Infallible and My Father's Son will probably suffer the same fate as Got Some or The Fixer. Outside of a tour when the songs are brand new, the band don't (generally) throw a detuned song between songs that are played in regular tuning; again, I imagine the guitar changes are too much of a hassle. It might happen from time to time if someone in the band really wants to play a song but not often.
I think Sirens (and the nightly masturbation) will be the only one that holds on long term, and a handful of other tracks may pop up from time to time.

Lightning Bolt is honestly the only one I think. Eddie cant sing MYM and Getaway. Pendulum is too good to last, Yellow Moon might get played time to time, and the rest they havent been playing all that much on this tour.

It's pretty tough for a latter-day pj song to stick around as a regular, though.
I don't know, they played a fuck ton of Backspacer in Atlanta last year. That was my first show since 2008, and I'm pretty sure I've heard more than half the album live.
