It was played somewhere on the East Coast, but just once I think.

Also, this is already the best setlist of the tour.

QFT

Of the Girl and Hard to Imagine are both top 10 PJ songs for me. :D

Both up there for me too. And I feel like they would flow really well one into the other...I got Parting Ways=>HTI in Grand Rapids '06 and it was my favorite 2 song sequence I've ever heard

That's pretty awesome. I love that bootleg.

Yeah, this is still the best setlist of the whole tour. Holy shit.

THE GR '06 Encore 1 was maybe the best hour I've had at a concert.

This set is sweet. I believe they played both HTI and Red Mosquito in Calgary '05 as well.

Didn't they screw up "Parting Ways" in Grand Rapids, or am I misremembering?

Yep, but he restarted the first verse and got it right. Didn't lose much.

From memory, I think the encore was Sleight=>Off He Goes=>Around the Bend=>P. Ways=>HTI=>C. Mary=>Alive. Talk about campfire.

The second encore was great too. After a Last Kiss > Inside Job start (though that was better in person than it looks), the show went: Go > Baba O'Riley > Dirty Frank > Rockin' in the Free World > Yellow Ledbetter/(Little Wing).

What a great fucking show that was - easily my best. Man I loved 2006.

This Calgary show looks so amazing so far.

And they absolutely nailed it. It's never been my favorite song but that was a very, very special moment.

Did you ever hear the version they did in Marseilles later that year? Don't think I got my hands on that one.

I put it on a 2006 mix. It's only 3 minutes long but all of the important stuff is there. It's fantastic - like a radio edit with all of the important stuff still there. That whole Marseille show is phenomenal - Fatal, Dirty Frank, Satan's Bed, Red Mosquito, the best versions of Leash and Better Man in 2006...all fantastic.

You are making me miss 2006. A lot.

I remembered it was shorter, so I must have heard it. I'll have to find it again.

Is 2006 the biggest discrepancy between quality of album and quality of tour for said album?

You know what did suck about that tour, though - the short Garden. That didn't work. They knew it, too, I think.
