I will put a review up at some point, but let me just say that the first set was phenomenal. As Ed said, "there*s a perfect band coming through next week - I bet they're pretty good!"
But seriously, even with the few foibles, they sounded great. The setlist may not be sexy, but the quality was top notch.
I will be buying this boot. No doubt.

i thought it was a pretty nice looking set, glad it was a good one for you
looks like ed's writing has been used for the printed sets since the resumption of the tour in dallas? the setlists with the familiar handwriting we've come to know stops at n.o. maybe ed got mad at that guy, too.

This was an awesome show. Totally worth the 8 hour round trip drive.
I know the setlist looks pretty vanilla, but the band was ON, especially Mike.
I love having no opener - they got on 8:30, finished at 11:55. I fucked up (pun intended) though - they put the house lights on for Fuckin' Up so I assumed that was the closer , so we sprinted out as it was winding down. I knew when I didn't see people flooding out of there when I drove out of the lot there was at least 1 more song and sure enough it was one of my favorites.

Yeah, the lights usually start cycling up during Alive but there's almost always a couple songs they play with the lights on.

With the show in the Bay Area, I thought they would finish with a Neil Young song
