I know it's a throat-killer but "Breakerfall" just destroys. They should play that every night Ed feels good enough to do it. And as much love as they give "Nothing As It Seems", you would think they would play it a lot more often. Also, "Light Years" has yet to show up this tour, which I find quite odd.
No Insignificance, either.
Breakerfall, Light Years, and Insignificance are shocking omissions thus far.
And Sad, Grievance, NAIS all have been much more prominent in recent tours compared to this one.
Getting Sleight of Hand twice, plus Fatal and Parting Ways is nice, but this album is still woefully under-represented this year.

im still shocked that grievance has been played just once and insignificance not at all, you used to be able to almost depend on getting on of those 2 each night
I've been to 4 shows since 2004 (Boston 1, 04). No Binaural in any of those shows, which is about 98 songs. I did get Sad and Education in Columbia, but those are not on the record.
So, yeah, the lack of Binaural is another reason why I go back to 2000 bootlegs. London 1 is in my car right now.

I started a fresh journey through the 2000 boots last night, and thought I'd skip ahead to the Saratoga shows and one of the West Palm shows, but realize those were the only two i didn't have for some reason... oops... guess i need to track those down.
And yes, there are a lot of reasons to re-visit the 2000 tour. A plethora of shows to choose from, great recordings/mixes, great performances, great array of the 6 albums to that point, heavy Binaural representation, definitely my favorite tour.
Binaural being my favorite album top to bottom and the artistic risk they took... I always hope for more of that album. I'm hoping for Insignificance, of the girl and Grievance in Seattle
Pathetic. They couldn't be any farther away from the band I loved from 1998-2003. Nothing "quirky" or "experimental", old boring warhorses and crappy new shit. But it's probably exactly what the fans want, the type of fans who complain that deep cuts "suck the energy out of the room". Glad I don't care about PJ concerts anymore.
