Maybe they're waiting for Eliason to be available to mix them? If that's the case I'll wait as long as it takes.

Most bands don't release any of their shows, let's not act like PJ is screwing us.

I really wouldn't want the shows out within 3 days, I can't imagine that would leave much time for a well-executed mix of a 2.5 hour live show.

If they sound great, and they have since Brett returned, I can wait as long as it takes.

Agreed, in 2010 I couldn't wait to hear the boston boot. It came out a few weeks after the show and it sounded awful, I was greatly disappointed.

Yeah, they've been pretty much perfect since Brett's return.

Save the warble. As good as the shows were this first leg, I fear old Warbly Eddie will detract from the boots.

But I could be wrong. Who knows?

Not to be a downer but from the few videos I've watched I am going to surmise that these shows will be no better than the ones from the last few years. Eddie's voice just is what it is at this point--no matter how on the band is, those vocal tics aren't going away. "Pendulum" has been sounding great, though.

Yeah, his warble is actually at an all time high from what I've heard this tour. Fortunately the band is playing well enough to make up for it.

From the 10c email newsletter:

Quote:
So far the North America Lightning Bolt Tour has been one of Pearl Jam's best. The Ten Club is excited to bring you the official bootlegs from these legendary shows. Every Friday (beginning 11/15) you can catch the world premier of a Lightning Bolt tour show on Sirius XM's Pearl Jam Radio, channel 22. Then the following Wednesday, you can pick up the Bootleg at pearljam.com.

For the first time ever, we are offering Hi-Res FLACs recorded at 96K for higher fidelity.

The image in the email is for Pittsburgh. I guess that means no London or Wrigley

He started to sound a little better as the tour went along. The videos I watched of Baltimore sounded pretty good.

I was at the Charlotte show and it was pretty strong.

I hope they'll be available on livedownloads.com in addition to pearljam.com. I've been buying the FLACs from livedownloads since the 2012 tour - They tag the files properly, embed album art, and they have a download manager. I bought the first manchester 2012 show from pj.com and it's just embarrassing.
