in hindsight i am glad i made the ohana and early tour shows where gigaton was getting 5-7 songs played. they genuinely seemed excited to be playing and showcasing them, and i was genuinely excited to hear those songs live. then, yeah, that album kind of got the shaft once the tours went off the rails. with watt seemingly heavily involved in the new record my current excitement level about new songs is tempered a bit, but hopefully they can surprise once again, tour healthy and whole, and get me feeling the same way i did about gigaton.
Those Ohana shows would have been good to go to in hindsight. I went to MSG and St. Louis in 22 and the 2 St. Paul shows this year. I saw Whoever Said and Clairvoyants 3 times, 7 O’clock twice, and sbwm, retrograde, buckle up, and take the long way once each. Cannot believe I didn’t see Quick Escape. I’ll hope for that and Alright in the future, but I doubt I’ll ever see the latter.
Wish we could’ve met in St Louis last year.

Now I have to decide if I want to try to get good seats in the pre-sale, or just go through 10C and watch the show from the top of the Prudential Center.

If any of you are coming to Dublin you can stay in my place. The durds and anders get the bed and couch. The rest of you get the floor. But it’s free and cheaper than hotels. And you get the pleasure of my company

MGM garden arena in Vegas (the venue where they were booked for 2022) has a show on May 17. Doesn't mean that PJ could not do 16 and 18, but I don't recall them having another band in the same arena on an off day. I also hope that day is incorrect, because its the Electric Daisy Carnival weekend, so it's going to be one of the busiest of the year in Vegas.
