Overall, how were the tempos? Was Matt playing too fast as he's prone to do?

They were noticeably slowed down last year.

Good to hear. I went to the two Oakland shows that Matt missed, so I never got to hear how he was playing last year (haven't gotten around to listening to any Gigaton tour boots yet either).

I thought it was odd both Boom and Josh were playing keys on this. Seemed like a miscommunication.

I don't have many pro Boom comments. But of all the songs he plays on pre-Riot Act, Crazy Mary is the song he improves the most. I don't think this is a hot take either.

I see the tour is getting off to a superb start here.

If my wife accidentally dies and I post about it in the pit, do you think they will save it for Austin?

I hope those who attended had a great time but that is one uninspiring setlist.

i know its easy to be hard on those weirdos at the pit. checking their phones in the middle of songs to see when it was last played, measuring matt's bpm, what key a song is in, etc. im sure if you know the guy whose wife passed, it was a big deal for him and hopefully helps his grieving process. admittedly, if anyone would do this for attention, it would be someone who posts in the pit regularly. sorry to be mean lol.

As yes, those people in the Pit who obsess over when songs were last played, Matt's BPM, the key of the song - the things that thankfully never happen on RM.
