the basketball is a cool idea
i wonder what level quality / grade it is
hopefully no one throws one at J Kling’s assorted triangles station mistaking it for a basketball hoop

I’m 1996, I was like 8 rows from the stage in Randall’s Island during Ben Harper’s set and when Pearl Jam came out. By the end of Last Exit I had pushed back to the soundboard. That and MSG 2 2016 when I was GA were the only times I was close on the floor. I was lucky in my number for a few years - MSG in 2008 and 2010, to be on the side of the stage in seats 5 rows out on Mike’s side - that was the clear peak of my seat location. Since Temple of the Dog in 2016, I have been a few rows back in the seats on the floor - nothing to complain about at all but not quite those ‘08 and ‘10 seats.

I was at the barrier during the TFC show in DC in 98. Had to have security pull me over as I thought I was going to faint from being crushed in the heat. But it was a sweat 15 minutes after nearly 2 hours of wait.

Those who have attended shows this tour: - Are they selling merch inside the arena during the show? - Does it look like the basketball is selling out each night?

If the rumours are true it's gonna be a busy 2024 for the band. North America Spring, Europe summer, North America pt 2 in the Autumn and potentially NZ/AUS at the end of the year. I take the last leg with a pinch of salt but the rest seems legit.
