You might get lucky but the D was chockers and no one moved out that whole first set.

Sydney's fickle, douchey crowd may just work for me.

Loved the concert. Was at the front of the bar on the orange stage side. Had good views and the sound was great. Had no issues what so ever. Why go was a cranking opener and they rocked it out for the first 5-6 songs. Loved Getaway, really wanted that one. Setting forth sounded really great. Dissident was really good but after seeing the setlist would have rathered immortality, love that song. Betterman kicked ass, the jam was wicked. First encore was great, loved pendulum and crowd really got into daughter/go/porch. 2nd encore was ok, didnt think kick out the jams worked as well as a baba oriley or rockin'. Spewing we didnt get black either.

Thought the crowd was pretty good. At festivals you never know how many die hard fans are there but they were in good voice. Band was really fun and seemed to enjoy themselves. Eddie was good and spoke quite a lot. loved the balancing beer on head as one of my mates has that down to an artform so made for a good laugh.

As for the other bands, i wasnt really into any of them before hand and wont be after. Saw The hives, lumineers, archade fire and PJ. Lumineers were good and was good just to sit down and have a few beers listening to them.

As for the maquees not being colored, i agree could be done better but at the same time they hand out maps and they were easy to follow.

Crowd was smaller than last year but i didnt mind that, made moving around easier and had room to enjoy the music.

I'm still appalled by how bad they were. Liam was great though.

Really? I didn't get that at all. I thought he was a complete cunt. He looked like he wanted to pick a fight with the front row and walked off at the end while the band was still playing without saying a word. Who the he'll does he think he is? Jeff? The other guys had zero charisma too

Yeah, but that's what Liam does. Massive ego but a great front man and its hard to take your eyes off him. As far as I could tell he was the only one putting in any effort into the performance. Sure he's a bit of a knob but he's also a born rock star.

i saw Oasis in...2001? i think...no, 2000...anyway, they were so bad. Hilariously bad...nobody talks, the music is bad, they only play for like an hour and then leave.
The good part is that after then Neil Young and Crazy Horse came and gave one of the best live music experiences you are going to get, which made the oasis show even worst.

I was quite pleased to get Getaway and Pendulum as far as new material went.

We didn't get either of those, and they were the two I was most looking forward to hearing in a live setting. I didn't actually mind LTRP though
