after the 2 shows i made it to this year i can remove Immortality, Sleight of Hand and Big Wave from the list of album tracks i hadnt seen live, and another one technically because i heard it in the sound check with Speed of Sound, but ill still be hoping to get to SEE it live some day. also i got all but My Fathers Son, Let The Records Play and Sleeping By Myself from Lightning bolt ( thought MFS and LTRP were on the setlist in Charlotte ) so not too bad since i went to 3 shows on the backspacer tour and still have 5 songs i havent seen live.
also, if my count is right, i have now gotten 148 different songs including originals and covers.
- 72 shows - One show in 1994 and then not again until 2000. So, 71 shows since 2000 (7 on this current tour). - 28 States, 7 countries. - 2094 total songs - 155 unique PJ songs - 92 covers - Most seen song, DTE (59) - Only 12 songs seen at more than half of the shows. - Ten -> Backspacer: seen every song, with the exception of All or None. - Missing Getaway, My Father's Son, and Sleeping By Myself from LB - Missing Undone, Other Side, Hitchhiker, and Let Me Sleep from Lost Dogs. - Songs heard once: All The Way, Around the Bend, Big Wave, BRY, Brother, Bushleauger, Dead Man, Don't Gimme No Lip, Fatal, Ghost, In The Moonlight, Out of My Mind, Swallowed Whole.

Awesome! Bless their little hearts for still playing the b-sides and rarities to keep the hardcores interested while mixing in the to keep the WAGs from leaving.
On a side note, I have notice an uptake in fans from DC-metro posting here. We might trump Boston and Philly pretty soon.

To me, your states stat is the most impressive. Moving forward, I want to see them in as many unique cities and states as I can. I saw them in 3 new states this year. If the 2014 US tour is southeast / Midwest (like I'm predicting), I hope to see them in at least 3 new states. I also hope to see my first Euro show in 2014.

The cities/states thing is interesting because looking at the areas of the country I've not seen them in are places they rarely/never go. Much like Charlottesville this year, Grand Rapids in 06, and State College in 03, these out of the way places seem to always get really good shows. I imagine if they ever play in the Dakotas or Iowa or Maine again, that those shows would be really fucking great.
One of the things that I like most about the traveling is that it gives me a reason to go to places I otherwise wouldn't. There's no reason I would ever go to Grand Rapids or Oklahoma City or Belfast (though, Belfast was surprisingly awesome).
Mid-west in 2014 would be great and eastern Europe would also be nice.

do you remember which part of the show it was? first set or one of the encores? if i was to guess from the setlists it could maybe be MFC just because of the speed of the song, but im not really sure
