Is this for ten club stuff, or the Ticketmaster Verified Fan thingy? I don't recall there being an option for GA or reserved. I just had a list of drop downs to pick which concert dates I wanted to try for.

If you entered a code, that was lottery. No Code, it was just verified fan presale signup.

Correct. The code should have been in an email from the Ten Club.

I've signed for Nashville because it's closer. I thought about St Louis too but with fall dates likely the checkbook is saying one's enough for now.
