Johannes definitely did the first record, also the Spinnerette stuff. Not sure about the subsequent records, but I can still hear Alain’s thin, watery keyboard vibes on them; my assumption is that Jack just used whatever techniques Alain taught him.
I’m not trying to bash Jack’s solo output at all, I very much dig it.

The acoustic one was Maybe It's Time, a Jason Isabel song that Bradley Cooper played in A Star is Born. Ed did a solo version at Innings and I half expected it to pop up again in his own set. It definitely fits in with his recent solo material.
