You haven't seen PJ chat lately, have you? New album is unlikely
I have seen that; a man can hope.
what was said in PJ Chat?
All of those interviews the band members did before the Seattle shows. Not one of them said anything solid was in the works, just that they all have some stuff but don't know of any plans in the near future to get together and work on things

So now they’re not even trying to be anything other than a nostalgia act.

I joke about this often, but I don't really think this is the case. My hunch is that Ed has put a ton of miles on his body over the years, is raising a family now, and doesn't quite have the drive to complete an album as much as the other guys in the band. And I think they're mostly content to just let him drive the bus. The "nostalgia" tours are a good way to keep their crew working, and to loosen up before hopefully tackling a new record.

Yeah, but they’ve been doing that for years, now.

Last night continued my streak of crazy rarities in MA:
2013: Fatal, Other Side 2016: Strangest Tribe, Angel 2018: Out of My Mind, ???
Not sure what’s even left that hasn’t been done in the area yet. Hitchhiker? Last Soldier?

I fully expect them to play the other songs they soundchecked but didn't play last night; to repeat Even Flow, Corduroy, Alive, DTE and maybe Black; to play most of the rest of Ten; to close the main set with RVM; and to probably play 4-6 more covers. One thing that's heartening is that the two rarer songs they played last night (Tremor Christ and Out of My Mind) were not soundchecked, so we can hopefully get some nice versions of other surprises.

It would be cool if Tremor Christ was played again.
If proceeded by Last Exit, STBC, Not For You... heck yeah

No posters left, but no lines at the merch stands and they have everything else

The pavilion had its own merch table, which was great. It was like a 20 minute line but i was killing time anyway waiting for the show to start. Got my coasters!

If you're trying to guess what songs they'll play, it wouldn't be a crazy idea to look at the request threads on the pit. I know the one for No Way was pretty long.
