Ive watched both home show videos and the Rome one now. (Psst....does anyone have the Philly one??)
But the video for the second home looks is different than the first or Rome. The Rome and first Home Show one definately look like the stream (or videomix) they show on the venue screen. That second home show has more angles and better (different) shots. Looks like they recorded that one for an official document?

yeah, you could be right.
The footage from the second Home Show was reedited by Kevin Shuss:

The stream will feature the 37-song set, mixed in stereo and 5.1 digital surround sound by Pearl Jam Producer, Josh Evans. This never-seen-before full-color footage was captured using multiple HD cameras by touring video director Blue Leach and edited by PJ archivist Kevin Shuss.
I didn’t watch the first Seattle show but did watch Philly, Rome, and Seattle 2. My favorite of the three was Rome. All three are great shows but there was something about that Rome show where when I was done watching I just kept thinking about how incredible a band they are and it really stuck with me.
