You've got this, man!
First, someone was gonna compare the shirts, so it might as well be you, right?
Second, It's Friday night and I'm reading your comparison, and responding to it. So that's worse!

Jesus, this may be the lamest thing Ed's ever done.

He had been talking at EVERY Amsterdam show the last 10 years about the people in Utrecht, about the guy who ran the venue in Utrecht (he was even special guest at AMS 2). He always, always speaks about his fond memories of Utrecht. But then he does this as a kind of nice gesture towards Utrecht (Tivoli is the venue in Utrecht they played in 92) and you call it the lamest thing he's ever done? Really?

Also, man this setlist sucks!
Sat June 16, 2018 7:49 am
I think there's a really weird faux-authenticism to it, yeah.
If he no longer has the original shirt (and that's pretty understandable, it was a long time ago), so be it - why pretend he does?
Sat June 16, 2018 1:28 pm
Ugh.
Sat June 16, 2018 3:15 pm
I don't think he mentioned anything yesterday about this being the same shirt from 92, right? It was just Eddie Vedder wearing a Tivoli T-shirt in Pinkpop Festival like he did in 92 and 2000. Everything else is people comparing two images. So....
In my opinion it was a nice touch watching videos from yesterday performance with this old school shirt style.
Sat June 16, 2018 5:29 pm
Of course the shirt is a nice touch.
That setlist is oof though.
Sat June 16, 2018 9:20 pm
He always does stuff like that, i like it.
The setlist is pretty normal, but thats fine. Could be a great boot anyway.
Sat June 16, 2018 10:48 pm
he wore a yellow tivoli shirt in 2000, if that helps anyone.

Wear an "Eddie Vedder" costume?

I think this is cool either way. It would be very hard to track down a 26 year old t shirt. Since I sold a fraction, but probably a few dozen, of my t shirt collection last year, many of which were 20+ years old, I can easily believe a millionaire might have a walk-in closet bigger than my house and have hundreds of shirts from throughout the years. #RMoveranalysis

pretty sure the dude's original shirt gets torn to pieces when he does that stage dive.

This is an RM low point, for sure.
Cool that Ed cares enough about his fans and the history of this band to do cool shit like this.
