Hello everyone,

I'm a newbie here so be nice :)

I have to 10 PJ shows and going to Chile in March to see them in Lollapalooza and will see them in Europe this summer. Just wondering what is everybody's top 5 (album) songs that they like to hear live? Also, is there 1 song that you haven't heard them play live and hope to hear it at the next show?

Here are mine:

Porch
Immortality
Evacuation
Big Wave
You Are

Song I've never heard live and would like to hear - Oceans

Better Man

........IDK even. I feel like Better Man is far and away the #1 and nothing is even close to #2.

Oh yeah, Release is a good one

I like the way you work it, bassdiggity.

I've been to 39 shows and have never seen Evacuation or Big Wave. My favorites live are Corduroy, Last Exit, Hail, Hail, Go, Animal, etc. I like the rockers live. I'm going to Barcelona this summer. I'd like to see Force of Nature even though I think it will kill the show's momentum.

Force of Nature aside, I’d love little more than a Pearl Jam set full of all their “momentum killers”. Momentum is overrated.

Thank you Daft Twat, most ladies do :P

Although they don't play Evacuation or Big Wave often, the songs are personal faves of mine and have lots of energy and groove. When they make those rare appearances, it always makes my night. Guess I have been lucky to see those. Have fun in Barca, wicked place.

Force Of Nature is great song and if placed right when they write the setlist, it wouldn't disrupt this momentum you speak of. My opinion of course.

This is an ever changing list for me. Lately, the list of favorite songs live shifted considerably and the next time I see them I’d like it to include Insignificance, Nothing As It Seems, Immortality, In My Tree, and Red Mosquito.

The white whale I would love to see and never have - Oceans.

If they play these 5 it cannot be a bad show and they can play them at every show I'm at as many times per show as they want:

Given to Fly
State of Love and Trust
Rearviewmirror
Release
Insignificance

Yet to see that I'd really like (and since it's been brought up anyway):

Force of Nature

Also, you mention Boom solo, I'll raise you Even Flow drum solo

I can get on board with this. Maybe something similar to Katowice 2 from 2000, but with songs from RA and ST that fit the same vibe. Songs like Can’t Keep, Army Reserve, Parachutes, SOH, Rival, Of The Girl, Thin Air, Around The Bend, All Those Yesterday’s, all on the same set list.

Ugh I would kill to see You Are. That and Army Reserve are my live PJ white whales.

Top 5? Have to think about that a bit...
