So, I listened to the live version on the Definitive compilation and I will admit that I like it better than the studio version, but it’s still not my thing. All the power to those who do love it though. I’m sure I like a lot of PJ songs when the consensus here is that they suck.
It's common knowledge that, when shouting about dicks, it is most effective to do so as part of a tirade in which you challenge magazine editors to a boxing match.
For the record, I DON'T take Get in the Ring seriously. Its hilarious though. Id rather Eddie just be that funny when talking about Trump because at least it'd be entertaining.
And yes the joke is at least 60% on Axel, but it's amazing how he somehow allows me to laugh 40% with him, especially because I don't think he's joking.
Anyone else out there ever own the CD bootleg No Fuckin' Messiah!!! with this song labelled "Already in Love"? Anyhoo, this is one of my favorite Pearl Jam songs and I am not kidding.

Its mike and stone. The chord changes in the chorus have been always been different than what was laid down in the studio. Unless im fucking deaf as fuck and have no idea what im talking about. its been bugging me for years.
In the studio the chords for the chorus appear to be: C G B A then C G D A
Live? its always just C G D A
Bothers me. And im going to talk to Stone about it over breakfast.
