Welcome to 1996!

I remember having one of those giant floor to ceiling release posters. Could never find a good place for it though so I had to give it away.

"Missing" sucks. Boring song, flat performance(s).

All bands eventually close their doors. I will not lose sleep when it happens to Pearl Jam. Part of me wishes it was wrapped up after the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame induction.

Last night I listened to this portion of the show from Moline. Wish I was there.

Ed can't sing Who You Are anymore without going into an existential crisis

I went to the PJ exhibit at MoPop in Seattle yesterday. It was super cool but I'm not going to give some big long review about it, whatever you want to find I'm sure you can find online. I was distracted (with my kids) so I didn't really get a chance to use this digital display thing they had where you can choose the date of pretty much any PJ concert and it will pull up the ticket stub, setlist, crew pass, and maybe even the poster. Wish I'd had more time for that.

But I digress ... here's what stood out to me: They had several of the band members' clothes on display over the years. If some of those shirts and jackets were actually worn by Ed, wow...the guy is extremely small. I mean, bordering on midget territory.

He is tiny. I bet 5'6" or something. Met him once and was weirded out by how small he was.
