They closed a main set with Go one time in Dublin in 2000. it was a weird closer and it even had a little jam at the end. it's outta context but you can hear it here

The first-ever Pearl Jam show I ever listened to ended the main set with "Go", so it never struck me as a weird closer. I think it works.

During the 2000 tour the main set was often closed with either Go or RVM.
