The board's server will undergo upgrade maintenance tonight, Nov 5, 2014, beginning approximately around 10 PM ET. Prepare for some possible down time during this process.
I missed the live chat, but in going through it, I learned (or didn't really) one piece of info that is important to me.
Someone asked about playing in the arena in Louisville (KFC Yum Center). Jeff said basically "they play a lot of basketball there. But I love Louisville"
My hometown has gotten one (1!) show ever from PJ, back in 1994. There was a state of the art arena (YUM Center) built downtown about 5 years ago, and I've seen many acts there. Both Springsteen and the Who have played there more than once just in the last 5 years.
Jeff's answer gave me no confidence they plan on playing there any time soon. Probably never.
They should play 4th st live. It would fit post riot act money grab pearl jam better and afterwards boom could go sit in a howl at the moon.

The 4th St Live after show party could be at TGI Friday's, and Ed could show up there and play some acoustic covers of Hootie, Train, and Goo Goo Dolls songs. Maybe some Kansas songs, too. And Dust in the Wind.
I would give my left nut to see them play in Louisville at the Palace Theater, though

Kelly Curtis, who has managed Pearl Jam since its 1990 formation, has retired. Curtis, 64, stepped away from his role in August but did not make any official announcement at the time, Variety can reveal. Longtime Pearl Jam tour manager Mark “Smitty” Smith has assumed managerial duties for the Seattle-based 2017 Rock and Roll Hall of Fame inductees.
