I think it's a bit like how you say Amen, but with a t at the end.

People pronounce Amen all kinda different ways, too.

I can’t remember for sure but I think Jeff says it as AY-ment but honestly could have been uh-MENT.

We need an official answer. He never corrects anyone when they say it in their own various way.
