110 minutes to go.

If there is a tie we stay open another day

Definitley way more close matches this year than ever before!

I think a tie for an ending would be better... Co-champions... or just let Lament choose, but waiting another day is lame.

Fun fact: going into this round, Corduroy had 14 more total votes than Insignificance, so there's a chance Corduroy could be the "Al Gore of PJ March Madness."

I just assumed lament would need another day to decide

Are we going popular vote or percentages?

Check for hanging chuds, let the kangaroo courts decide!

Where did this late surge for Corduroy come from? This is rigged!

I'm sure a few wanted to have the deciding vote when they realized it was going to be really close.

I've had far to much brandy to continue to stand by silently and watch my favorite songs go down.

Insignificance!

And with these last two second account votes insignificance wins (cord was up by 1 prior). Congratulations, I guess.

at 9:00pm EDT this was tied 58-58, that last vote came a few minutes after... the thread had not been locked yet

DO OVER!

public vote for the finals - so no 2nd account voting

we can do manual tallying for 1 round

We should have. My kid started crying so I wasn't on until 9:05 to lock it down

On the one hand, while the finals voting controversy could provide adequate fodder for the next year over which the theme of Insignificance's false victory could be tirelessly utilized as a conversation piece outside of the existing well-explored themes of Ed's commercialism, Jeff's Baltimore diarrhea incident, and Brendan O'Brien; on the other hand....

DO OVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
