I only own Ten right now and am giving it a serious listen and Black is such an amazing song, are all their albums pretty good? I've heard nothing but good things.

You mean, about Pearl Jam? Any chance you live in a village that's surrounded by woods filled with creatures you don't speak of, and whose mayor is named Tim?

All kidding aside though, yeah, most of their albums are pretty good. "Ten" isn't necessarily representative of what you'll hear throughout the journey (many of us here think it gets way better a few albums up the road), but if you like it there's no reason to stop exploring. I'd recommend just going chronologically.

GoHastings.com is having a sale on pretty much all their stuff, besides No Code anyway, I want to check out the Doc too. Listened to the VS. album and remembering hearing quite a few of these songs on the radio years ago but didn't remember them to be PJ.

This, and don't waste too much time on Self Titled (the Avocado album) it doesn't grow or improve at all, despite any amount of optimism.

Welcome to RM and enjoy your journey of Pearl Jam.

Way too early to worry about that.

Nope. But you're better off posting on a real forum like this one. :D

Nope.

Only current 10C members can post on the official forum, so I'd say yes.

You can sign up for guest registration for free and use the forum.

Edit: Ok, looks like they changed it since I used it years ago. Still, I wouldn't waste my money there, I'd rather donate money to RM.

Also: :finger:

You sure?

They like to claim it as an exclusive "benefit" of 10C membership, anyway

EDIT: Yeah, they changed it around...2007-2008 or so, I think?
