I gave Riot Act a good listen this week, Joe. There's a 10 song version of that album out there I would really love. I was also struck at how much of a thesis statement song Love Boat Captain is. Didn't really make me like it much more, but it's there. I am Mine is so good.

Let the records play is a fun, much maligned song. It's still towards the bottom of the record for me, but that's because it's almost all good!

It really is quite fun! I used to have it near the bottom, but I've had the album in my work rotation for a bit, and it's really grown on me. It's got a neat bounce going on, and Stone and Mike are ripping it up with some of the most interesting guitar work on the record.

I think it’s one of those songs where Ed is the weak part. Could have been a cool song, but doesn’t quite end up that way for me.
