It was an MTV event, right? Isn't that the Hammerstein Ballroom show they did for the short-lived "Live At the Ten Spot" series?

They were so absurdly good on that tour.

I caught this show at the 9:30 club in DC on that tour:

Lucky
Just
Airbag
Planet Telex
Bullet Proof..I Wish I Was
Electioneering
No Surprises
Climbing Up the Walls
Fake Plastic Trees
My Iron Lung
Paranoid Android
Bones
Exit Music (for a Film)
(Nice Dream)
Talk Show Host
Encore:
Lurgee
Karma Police
Street Spirit (Fade Out)
Encore 2:
Motion Picture Soundtrack
The Tourist
Encore 3:
You

That was back when MPS was just a solo acoustic number. Amazing night.

That had to be one of the last times they ever played that song, which is a damn shame. That song is totally spectacular. Probably one of the last instances of Bulletpoof as well. Man, I loved that band so much in the nineties. They were on another level from like 1995-1998.

man, they really blow eddie vedder in this article. kinda cool. although neil young is the 'godfather of grunge'. eddie is the bastard step-child

ive always thought if i had this opportunity to i wouldnt play pearl jam staples, but probably 'in my tree' or weird covers they've never done like 'fake plastic trees'. in reality i would probably drop the pick in the sound hole
