The eclipse lasts particularly long this time around due to the fact the moon will be near its apogee, or farthest point from Earth. This will be the longest lunar eclipse until February 8, 2669.

This will be the best lunar eclipse visible in eastern Iowa since the infamous Super Blood Wolf Moon in January 2019 which inspired the Pearl Jam single.

The eclipse will be visible across the entire United States, just adjust the times listed above from Central Standard Time to your local time zone.

that's pretty cool. i would gladly listen to stories from the band in that medium for PJ20-style recall.

also, c'mon RS. furture?

do better.

"There was at least....1 person in the band...that thought we should never play again. This was not something, if thats something that the rest of us didnt feel, it still was not something that could easily be dismissed. They felt strongly about it. we had to...process something that we all went through as individuals but also with the help of each other, although i kind of disappeared into europe...took spanish guitar lessons from someone who didnt speak english"

The Audible Original "I Am Mine" thing was pretty great.

Good insight, stories, reflection, and a few live performances.

Porch
Betterman
Immortality
Rise
Guaranteed
I am mine
Wishlist.

Porch tied into the early days and writing the songs the first week, living in the moment as a band...
Betterman was tied into - can't remember
Immortality - Tied into talking about Kurt, Nirvana, and that time
Guaranteed tied into learning to write a certain way for the movie and trying to please Sean Penn and his ability to recall long prose/poetry/dylan lryics at 4 am
I Am Mine - Roskilde/First Show back at NA Tour the night before a big storm was crashing at jones beach
Rise - I forget
Wishlit - Being old, grateful, writing with kids, being in a band where everyone is happy and truly grateful for the audience they have and life experiences it has provided them.
