The board's server will undergo upgrade maintenance tonight, Nov 5, 2014, beginning approximately around 10 PM ET. Prepare for some possible down time during this process.

Ed rocking some Fender Deluxe or hot rods of sorts.
They look very much like the 50s tweed Deluxes and Twin set-up he's been using for years, usually two Deluxes either side with the Twin in the middle:
However, they're not his old ones. To begin with, they're obviously new and covered in black tolex and he's also dropped the second Deluxe.
There's also a small badge in the bottom right corner of the Deluxe - interesting, it's in the exact same place as the "Tonemaster" badge on Fender's current digital amp range. That said, there is no Tonemaster version of the tweed Deluxe (or any tweed amp) in the current range.
A few possibilities:
1. Ed had Fender knock up a few new tweed Deluxe and Twin reissues for him but in black tolex for this tour (maybe doesn't want to bring the old ones on the road anymore).
2. Fender are bringing out some new Tonemaster tweed amps and threw Ed a few prototypes to try out. Not convinced about this necessarily, as Fender would almost certainly stick with the traditional aesthetics if that were the case.
3. Similar to The Edge's signature tweed Deluxe, maybe Fender are bringing out a Vedder signature in the near-ish future and these are instead prototypes of that?
I'm thinking 1 is most likely.
My brother is convinced its a tonemaster....
Seeing it clearer on the performance vids, I think he could be right.
Ed using digital modelling amps, what a time to be alive.
It looks very much like the FR-10 and FR-12 powered speakers, which means (if true) he must have a modeller (e.g. ToneMaster Pro, Kemper, etc.) running into them, probably hiding behind the amps.
I get that it makes sense for reliability on the road but I'm still a complete tube snob.

Niche subset of this Howard Stern post, specifically the Yellow Ledbetter video:
Close-ups of Mike's pedal board. I can identify the MXR flanger, script logo Phase 90, and UniVibe, and Carbon Copy delay (a surprising amount of MXR -- for a guy who could get any hand-built boutique thing in the world, he has a pedal board you could put together at Guitar Center for like $800 plus that big switcher). I also see a Line 6 delay (hard to miss) and a Boss Vibrato. Can't make out what the golden pedal is or the one to the left of that (black with white writing). And obviously a wah though I don't recognize the logo.
I know there used to be a place to talk gear but it seems to have disappeared. Anyone else geek out to this stuff and have insight on the right half of Mike's board?
I was actually quite pleased to the see the carbon copy delay. i thought he had just been utilizing the digital line 6 for so long now. The carbon copy is one of the best/most affordable delay pedals and i absolutely love mine. It seems to be at the top of most players lists for best all around.
I cant pick out what overdrive he is using though.
To my eyes, the beginning of the chain looks like a Mission expression pedal, a barely visible gold pedal (overdrive?) followed by an EHX Stereo Electric Mistress - and then the MXR Flanger, Phase 90, etc.
Mission make (or used to make) a wah but it's purple, so I'm leaning towards it being an expression controller instead, which means Mike could be relying on a digital wah from the switcher/multi-effect.
