wws has held up pretty good, i feel. overplayed to death on the tour, which probably soured me on it for awhile given how many shows i listened to, but these days when i hear it i get into it. for me i'd rate it one of their best post-riot act, and sits comfortably in the top quarter or so of their songs. i definitely think it was the right choice to lead with as a single.

My favorite experience with this song was when they played it live on [blank] (SNL? Letterman?). Watching Matt sing backup vocals while pounding the skins was thrilling that first time.

I find this song extremely grating. I hate the siren guitar part and this is one of Ed's worst vocal performances. 0 stars. This song (and album) went a long way towards killing my pearl jam Fandom.

This band has presented so much guff down the years because somebody was too cool for school. On reflection, his decisions worked out, but this song is total shite.

I used to feel very much the same, but I've been coming around on this song and the Avocado album as a whole in the last few months.
