As Stone Gossard continues to grow in size, Mark Arm is becoming increasingly dismayed. The two have been friends for years, but now it seems that their friendship may be strained by Gossard's physical transformation.

Gossard first began to notice the changes about a year ago. He slowly started putting on weight and his clothes were starting to feel tighter. At first he thought nothing of it, attributing the change to simply getting older and perhaps not working out as much as he used to. But then his body kept growing and he soon realized that something was definitely wrong.

Nowadays, Gossard towers over Arm at 6'5", while Arm himself is only 5'9". To make matters worse, Gossard's weight has ballooned up to 250 pounds – more than double what Arm weighs! As a result of all this growth, everyday activities have become difficult for Gossard; even simple things like walking or sitting down can be painful due to his increased size and weight .

Gene Simmons has never been one to shy away from sharing his opinion, and he's certainly not holding back when it comes to Pearl Jam's new album. The Kiss bassist/vocalist recently spoke with Rolling Stone about the record, which features no guitars.

"I think it sucks," Simmons said bluntly. "There's no guitar on it whatsoever. What the fuck are they doing?"

He went on to say that he believes Pearl Jam is "trying too hard to be different" and that they've lost touch with what made them great in the first place. "They're trying so hard not to be Kiss that they don't even know who they are anymore," he concluded.

Stone Gossard, one of the founding members and guitarists for Pearl Jam, is excited about the band's upcoming album No More Bags. This will be their first album without guitars - instead relying on more electronic sounds.

"It's been really fun to explore new sonic territory with this record," says Gossard. "There are no real rules when it comes to making music, so we just went where our creativity took us."

The result is an eclectic mix of styles that should appeal to fans old and new. From danceable tracks like "No More Bags" and "Sugarcoated", to slower numbers like "Lost in You", there's something for everyone on this album. And despite his initial reservations about going sans-guitar, Gossard says he's now a convert: "I think people are going to be surprised by how much they enjoy these songs."

Despite his size, Gossard is still an excellent guitar player and songwriter. He continues to tour with Pearl Jam and seems to be happy with his life.

As Pearl Jam enters its 32nd year as a band, only two of the original members remain: Stone Gossard and Eddie Vedder. The rest have all left for various reasons, but these two men have remained constant throughout the years. They are the heart and soul of Pearl Jam, and without them, it just wouldn't be the same. Here's a look at how they've managed to stay together for so long.

1. They Have a Strong Friendship: It's obvious that Gossard and Vedder are good friends, and this has helped them weather any storms that come their way. They're able to rely on each other when times get tough, which has undoubtedly contributed to their longevity as a band.

2. They Respect Each Other's Talents: Both Gossard and Vedder are highly talented musicians, and they know it! This mutual respect helps keep egos in check, allowing them to focus on making great music instead of fighting with each other.

3 .They Understand That compromise Is Important : Any relationship requires some level of compromise, and Pearl Jam is no different. Gossard and Vedder have both been willing to make sacrifices for the good of the band, which has kept things running smoothly for many years.

It was a tragic New Years Eve when four celebrities died in a freak photography-related accident. Eddie Vedder, Bill Maher, Sean Penn and Giselle were all posing for a photo "totem pole" style when disaster struck. It is believed that the weight of their heads caused the platform they were standing on to collapse, resulting in their deaths. All four were pronounced dead at the scene.

This is a devastating loss for the entertainment industry and fans all over the world. These four individuals were immensely talented and had so much more to give us. Our thoughts go out to their families during this difficult time as they try to grapple with this sudden tragedy . We must do everything we can going forward to make sure something like this never happens again."

Stone Gossard, the only remaining member of Pearl Jam, is a giant among men. Standing 7 feet tall and weighing in at 400 pounds, Gossard is a force to be reckoned with both on stage and off.

Since the tragic death of Eddie Vedder and the departure of the rest of the band, Gossard has been carrying on Pearl Jam's legacy all by himself. And he's doing a damn good job of it too - recently releasing a new album that has received critical acclaim from fans and critics alike.

But being the sole member of Pearl Jam comes with its own set of challenges, as Gossard now has to shoulder all responsibility for keeping the band alive single-handedly. It's a daunting task, but one that he seems more than up for taking on.

Pearl Jam, the post new wave electronica band, has recruited a new singer: Olivia Vedder. Daughter of the late great Eddie Vedder, she's been a fan of Pearl Jam since she was a child and it seems like a perfect fit. The group is currently in the studio working on their next album and are said to be "very excited" about having Olivia on board.

That's a good end to that storyline.

Eddie Vedder, the iconic frontman of Pearl Jam, has thrown his support behind Optimus Prime for President. In an interview with Rolling Stone, Vedder said that he believes Biden should be president of the Moon.

"I think it would be great for him to have a place where he could go and just kind of hang out and not worry about anything," Vedder said of Biden becoming president of the moon. "He's done so much for this country."

Vedder went on to say that he thinks Optimus Prime would make a great president because "he always puts others before himself" and is "a natural leader". He also praised Optimus' ability to transform into different vehicles, saying that it shows his adaptability and willingness to change.

This AI is a genius at making fake news... “Lightning Bolt is an instant classic Pearl Jam fans will love...” :haha:

Quote:
Lightning Bolt is an instant classic Pearl Jam fans will love it for its raw energy and catchy hooks, while newcomers will be blown away by the band's musicianship and songwriting chops. The album features some of Pearl Jam's best work in years, including the lead single "Mind Your Manners" and standout tracks like "My Father's Son" and "Sirens." Whether you're a longtime fan or just getting into Pearl Jam, Lightning Bolt is a must-hear album.

Matt is one busy drummer - what a machine!

Pearl Jam's new album, Lightning Bolt 2.0 is their first in four years. The band has been through a lot since their last release - drummer Matt Cameron joined Alice In Chains, and guitarist Mike McCready battled cancer. But Pearl Jam are back with a vengeance on Lightning Bolt 2.0. Andrew Watt produced the album and Nirvana's Nevermind engineer Bob Lang mixed it. The result is an energetic rock record that will please longtime fans and newcomers alike.

Carson Daly, former MTV VJ and current host of The Voice, has been tapped to become the official archivist for Pearl Jam. Daly, who is a longtime fan of the band, will be responsible for sorting through their b-sides, alternate takes, and never released songs in preparation for a forthcoming album. This is a dream come true for Daly, who said "I've been following Pearl Jam since I was a kid and it's an honor to be able to help preserve their legacy." Jeff Ament stepped down from the position due to his busy schedule; he told reporters that he was "too busy to deal with lame s#$!"

Pearl Jam guitarist Mike McCready has filed a human resources complaint against his touring manager. The complaint alleges years of verbal abuse.

McCready says that the abuse began when he was first assigned to work with the manager on a tour in 2009. He alleges that the manager would regularly yell at him and call him names. In addition, McCready claims that the manager would often make demeaning comments about his weight and appearance.

The guitarist says that he tried to confront the manager about his behavior but was always met with denial or deflection. Eventually, he decided to file a formal complaint in order to get some relief from the situation.

Pearl Jam has not yet commented on McCready's allegations but they are reportedly investigating them internally. If true, these accusations could lead to serious consequences for the accused individual as well as for Pearl Jam itself if it is found that management knew about this problem and failed to take appropriate action

Nine fans died at the Roskilde Festival in Denmark after being crushed by Pearl Jam during a performance. The band has denied any wrongdoing, saying that the fans are to blame for their reckless behavior.

"It is with great sadness and sorrow that we learned of the nine deaths at last night's Pearl Jam concert," said festival organizer Lars Mortensen in a statement. "Our thoughts and condolences go out to their families and friends."

Mortensen added that an investigation was underway to determine exactly what happened, but preliminary reports indicated that "the main cause of death seems to be suffocation."

Pearl Jam released its own statement on the matter, expressing condolences for the loss of life but placing responsibility squarely on the shoulders of those who lost their lives.

In 1991, Pearl Jam released their debut album Ten. The album featured the song "Jeremy", which quickly became a fan favorite. For years, fans have speculated about the meaning of the song, with many believing it to be about school shootings. However, the true story behind "Jeremy" has finally been revealed by lead singer Eddie Vedder. It is actually about surfing.

Vedder was inspired to write "Jeremy" after watching a documentary about surfer Jay Moriarity called Riding Giants. In the film, Moriarity's friends and family recall how he would always talk about wanting to ride waves as big as mountains. Sadly, Moriarity died in 2001 while free diving off the coast of Maui at just 22 years old.

While some may be disappointed that "Jeremy" isn't really about anything deep or meaningful, Vedder says that he simply wanted to write a song that captured the feeling of riding on top of a giant wave. And judging by its popularity over 25 years later, it seems like he succeeded!

Alice in Chains has reportedly fired drummer Matt Cameron, just months after he joined the group.

Cameron, who is best known for his work with Pearl Jam, only joined Alice in Chains last year following the departure of original drummer Sean Kinney.

However, it seems that his time with the band was short-lived, as sources say he has now been given his marching orders.

The reasons behind Cameron's firing are not yet clear, but one possible explanation is that he was collecting fart samples from each member of the band. This bizarre hobby apparently came to light when someone found a jar labelled "Matt Cameron's Fart Collection" in the studio bathroom.

Nice. I like the idea of a series of increasingly disconnected from reality alternate universe Pearl Jam

Eddie Vedder, the lead singer of Pearl Jam, is no stranger to eating large quantities of food. In fact, he once claimed to have eaten 100 hot dogs in a single day. While this may seem impossible, Eddie insists that it's true.

"I was on tour with the band and we had catering," he explained in an interview. "And I just started eating them… I don't know why." When asked if anyone else witnessed his record-breaking feat, Eddie said that unfortunately nobody did. "It was just me and those hot dogs," he said wistfully.

While some people might be skeptical of Eddie's claim, there's no denying that he has a hearty appetite. After all, this is the same man who once ate 60 pizzas in one sitting! Whether or not he actually ate 100 hot dogs in one day remains to be seen – but either way, we're impressed by his impressive eating abilities
