It does not. If you were to draft this as sheet music in 3/4, you’d have instances of monosyllabic lyrics passing across bars, and lyrical turns happening in funky spots. It could technically work, but it would be needlessly sloppy and confusing. 6/8 keeps things nice and tidy.

I know, I was just calling back to Bammer's post in the hatred thread to make a joke

I find 3/4 and 6/8 tricky to tell apart often, and haven't really listened to "Bee Girl" in a long while

my dad is also dead, and i never got the chance to meet him. based on what my siblings told me about his musical tastes--he liked ELO--i bet it would've liked the poppier songs...so maybe, Backspacer?

i know one ELO song, so maybe i'm off in my guess.

my dad is alive but i haven't talked to him in a couple years. he's a deadbeat. i used to love pearl jam when i was a kid and he wouldn't even attempt to pretend to like them.

Maybe something from, but as a whole it is too noisy for a lot of people.

After more thought, I agree.

Forget the album idea.
Just play I Am Mine.
