Companion thread to best opening lyric. If the album closed with the chorus I included the lyric right before as well
Ten: I'll wait up in the dark for you to speak to me. I'll open up. Release me Vs: I will scream my lungs out 'till it fills this room. How much difference does it make? Vitalogy: A truant moves on, cannot stay long. Some die just to live (shut the fuck up and make your own thread if you want stupid mop in here) No Code: You're an angel when you sleep. How I want your soul to keep on and on around the bend Yield: There's still time to escape. It's no crime...all those yesterdays Binaural: Drifting away... Riot Act To myself I surrender, to the one I'll never please...I still try to run on, but it's all or none. S/T: Life comes from within your heart and desire Backspacer: I'm here, but not much longer Lightning Bolt: No resistance, no alarms, please this is just to good to be gone...I believe cause I can see our future days, days of you and me Gigaton: Share the light, won't hold us down
I have some slightly arbitrary cutoffs here, but Release and Indifference really jump out. All or none has a pretty killer line right before the final chorus lyric, but that chorus lyric is a little clunky and undercuts it a bit.
Drifting away is a great final lyric for Binaural - straight and to the point.
I really like future days, but that's just a dud of a chorus.

Insignificance?
As much as I've come to reevaluate All or None this year, "I still try to run on but it's all or none' is not a good lyric. Good sentiment, but it is clunky and would benefit from a bit of wordsmithing.
