I agree with you evenslow. The band still played with subtlety and emotion. It was fantastic. Carried through to 2003 and then they got old and happy.

I played this today for the first time in a long while, and I'm glad that it is indeed as good as I remembered. What a gem. The tracklisting is damn near perfect, awesome flow to it. The performances are all top notch, and great instrument and vocal tones throughout. I think these versions of Red Mosquito, Even Flow, Do the Evolution and Fuckin' Up are my favorites. The packaging is also stellar with the photography and poster collages. I think this is the best sounding live recording of the band as well. 9/10
