Not sure if this really counts but my brain made the association at least. Guitar riff in The Police - Driven to Tears and the verse of Big Wave (and outro? especially since the riff is most out there on its own).

It's not fair to call that a 'rip off' in any accepted use of the term, though.
Do we really expect the guys in Pearl Jam sat down, listened to that tune, mocked up their own soundalike and thought "gee, we really got away with that one!"
It's a pretty generic chord progression, I'd be surprised if there's only one commercially-released song with a vague resemblance.
