I read the posts here quite frequently, but I'm not a big poster on any forums for anything. I suppose I'll get skewered asking to have this PM'd to me, huh? LOL.
if you still need it send me your email address and i'll send it your way.

My $0.02 on PJ these days--I really love and respect the band, so I've taken the last couple of albums, and even Ole, with a grain of salt and enjoyed them immensely.
I *think* part of the reason people are down on PJ lately is that they've lost their moodiness a bit for whatever reason. The Avocado seemed to be an attempt to reproduce it, to varying degrees of success, while Backspacer was meant to be a one-off pop-oriented album (much more of an experiment than people give them credit for IMHO).
Mind Your Manners seems to have a little of that old school edge, as does the song they soundchecked today. Definitely psyched for Lightning Bolt!
My vote in the MYM poll has risen from an initial "at least I don't hate it" to a current "I like it." In the process, my [personal] hopes and expectations for the album had risen, as well. This little recording has just bumped them significantly higher. That may prove foolish in the end, but it can't be helped.
Might this be the track Mike compared to Pink Floyd? I'm hearing that.

I also feel like MYM covers some subject matter that might make some people a little uncomfortable--good on the boys for rocking the boat a bit, because I feel like that's where they're at their best.

It's not like they've never taken shots at religious fundamentalism before. If anyone suddenly goes "OMG ED IS INSULTING MY FAITH!" after hearing this song, they've not been listening. I have a religious faith myself (although I'm not sure exactly what it is) and it's perfectly able to withstand Ed's rage at religious fundamentalism. In fact I'm angry about the same things.

Is it just me or does it carry a somewhat (whisper it) Binaural vibe?

It's promising but let's not be cashing in stocks just yet.
