I heard about 60 seconds before having to leave. Sounded like a mid tempo song, maybe even a little slower. Hard to hear much though.

well. I did hear it..but like I said it was a bad recording.
You couldn't hear much vocals or lead guitars. Mostly bass and drums, but it sounded a bit more experimental. Interesting drum patterns. But based on that recording I could still be the next 'Unthought Known'...

Hope they will play it live this week, then we'll know more...

Wasn't it just fans overhearing a rehearsal? If it's a cover (of anyone) that they didn't recognize they'd probably just assume it was a new song.

Did I ever tell you guys about the time I snuck into the Detroit 2000 soundcheck and they played a sped up Release? I bet it sounded like a new song from outside the venue, but it's never made it into a set, so I guess they were just fuckin around.
