The Binaural-Riot Act era was terrible in my opinion but Sirens probably deserves its own spot on the list.
I hate you and your shit ears.
Probably a lot of people agree with me on those two though. They just don't rock at all.
Binaural is Pearl Jam’s best album and has several rockin’ songs, like Insignificance, which is inexplicably on your list.
Well for a song to rock Ed has to do a little more. On Insignificance he has no energy, no scream, and is monotone the whole song. It's not enough. That whole era whenever the band rocked Ed (and Matt) wouldn't (couldn't) go there.

Insignificance is one of only 2 5 star songs in the modern era (post-2000) of Pearl Jam for me, so something for everyone I guess. I am not as big on NAIS as others though.
OK, taking into consideration album tracks, official b-sides and Lost Dogs:
Bottom 10 of the "good years" (1990-2000):
Footsteps Parting Ways Angel Low Light Let Me Sleep I'm Open Yellow Ledbetter Olympic Platinum Gremmie Out of Control Soon Forget
Bottom 10 of the "not-so-good years" (2001-present):
Sleeping By Myself Yellow Moon Getaway Sirens Can't Deny Me Future Days Got Some Save You Force of Nature Severed Hand
Parting Ways? Ledbetter?Low Light? Severed Hand? Save You? Got Some?
Jesus, your ear is having a stroke!!!
I call 'em as I hear 'em.
That final place on the second list could've gone to several songs (Come Back was probably the next contender) but whenever I dip back into some circa 2006 Pearl Jam these days I'm always struck by how boneheaded Severed Hand is.
