Reading reviews of various Dolby Atmos soundbars, and one of the reviewers mentioned that they went on Tidal and played some of their Dolby Atmos playlists that were up there and that it sounded incredible. Thinking they may possibly have Gigaton up there in this format on Friday, if anyone has one of these setups at home.

dude, you're supposed to watch it ON WEED
so much better than just listening to the album in actual nature

At home now with a stereo and a 4k tv. Don’t have Dolby Atmos or surround speakers though.
The images/video look a lot more vivid than via youtube. Music still sounds like Gigaton to me, as if I put on a cd or via apple music/tidal.
Im far from an expert on these things but that probably makes sense that it sounds like the CD version if you are only running stereo speakers, right?
Id be curious to hear from anyone that has a proper set up with Dolby Atmos receiver. My home theatre receiver is almost 20 years old and only supports DD 5.1.

Just a heads up that there's a popular video game head set, the Turtle Beach Stealth 700, that can be found for between $90-$150. It offers a "simulated 7.1" experience. This could be the most affordable way to check out the Apple stream, but I don't have any experience with this headset myself.

My son’s been watching the you tube videos on a cycle all week, so it’s nice to have them packaged together.
It’s amazing that this album came out of a process so filled with procrastination. It sounds on record like they couldn’t breathe, for all the ideas they were having.

I'd love a setup like that if I could afford to have a room dedicated solely to music listening. But if I'm also watching TV, playing games, passing through on my way from the kitchen to the bedroom...No way.
